a little more about me…
My career in real estate started off as a marketing director and leasing agent for a local boutique brokerage in 2019. This broker had divisions for commercial sales, residential sales and property management/leasing. In my role, I was able to experience the ins and outs of quite literally every part of real estate.
As my job evolved, I became responsible for leasing 500+ luxury downtown apartments in Syracuse, NY. The high volume of leasing taught me how to set up strategic systems and marketing to stay organized and efficient in order to keep vacancy rates <1% and ultimately- keeping both landlords and tenants happy. Along the way, I found tenants coming to me who wanted to end the cycle of renting and become a homeowner. I was ecstatic to help.
In 2022, I transitioned fully to residential sales and it is my bread and butter. I love the connection you build with your clients, helping them fine tune their wants and needs and navigating the complexities of a real estate transaction. This is often times a pivotal point in someone’s life, emotionally and financially, and I am beyond honored to be a part of the process.
and a little more behind the scenes ;-)
interior design
Part of what drew me to real estate was always having a love (okay, obsession) with interior design, decor, diy, architecture…. I could sit all day reading, looking and imagining beautiful and unique homes.
homemaking
I really do just love all things home. From cooking and baking to gardening, I’ve loved learning from my mom and grandmother since I was a little girl. I purchased my first home in 2018 and caring for it over the years has given me so much pride and joy.
healthy living
I think I’ve always been the “health nut” in the family. Maybe semi-crunchy is the best way to describe me. I love learning about natural home remedies, exercise, and nutrition. I’ve realized that what it means to be healthy is ever-evolving and it’s truly a life-long journey of finding the balance.
modern calligraphy
This might be strange, but I’ve always had a weird interest with handwriting. It is so personal to each person. At a previous desk job, I had a little too much time on my hands and taught myself lettering/calligraphy. I love using it as a way to bring a special touch to gift-giving.
